At long last, our Outerloop Sweater Club is back! A lot of things needed to happen before we could launch the latest edition (including launching an all new yarn, see below for more details), but sign-ups are now open! We managed to score some pretty awesome designers (Bristol Ivy, Kristen Jancuk, Veera Välimäki, and Ann Weaver) and cannot wait to see what you all think of their designs.
In an effort to make our club more accessible, we looked long and hard at how we do things and decided to make a few changes. You will still receive 4 exclusive sweater patterns, the yarn for those sweaters, and an extra special goodie with the final shipment. We did not change what we consider the best part about our club - that you get to choose your color for each sweater! Though we will no longer be doing custom club colors, we expanded our color choices to include our regular line-up, current and past limited edition colors, previous club colors, and retired colors (excluding 1600 Penn Ave). We also decided to use yarn types we normally carry. While this may seem like a limiting factor, we now have 16 different types of yarn, so we figured we could get away with it. In making these changes, we are able to offer prices that are 30% less than last year!
Each sweater will be in a different yarn: Capital Luxury Sport (our brand new, just released this week yarn), Studio Worsted, Studio Sock, and Capital Luxury Lace. Every 3 months, you will receive a preview of each pattern to help you choose your color for that sweater. Yarn will ship at the beginning of October 2017, January 2018, April 2018, and July 2018.
